Deutschkurs A1 – GlobalGateway is a beginner German course for learners with little or no previous knowledge of German. The course introduces basic vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for everyday communication.

Learners will practise simple conversations, greetings, introductions, numbers, family, shopping, appointments, daily routines, work-related situations, and basic cultural knowledge about German-speaking countries.

By the end of the course, learners should be able to understand and use simple German expressions, introduce themselves and others, ask and answer basic questions, and communicate in familiar everyday situations at A1 level.
